Conduct independent design checking and value engineering on the cable stayed bridge No. 1 (spans 175m+350m+175m) over Batang Lupar (River Mouth) under Coastal Road Package. H&T carry out independent design review on all design drawings, design calculations and specifications, detailed design reports and design brief, detailed geotechnical and site investigation reports, etc.

H&T also check on the suitability and stability of foundation system, substructure and superstructure and stay cable system. Undertake global and local design check on the bridge structure.
